Advantage Video Systems show ArGest system from Tolis Group at Tech conference in 2012

Advantage VIdeo Systems had a booth at Innovations in Digital Acquisition and File based Workflow.  Took place on October 20th 2012 -­‐ 10am to 4pm The Lot -­‐ West Hollywood  We showed the ArGest system from Tolis Group for archiving.  The system had a LTO-6 drive and a SSD 8TB RAID and with the ATTO SAS card allows you to Ingest, Archive and Edit at the same time.   This is a 1RU Rack unit system.  For more information call Jeffrey Stansfield at 800-287-5095 X105  or email jeff@advantagevideosystems.com

Advantage showcases Mobile Streaming system at Cine Gear 2013 with BlackMagic

Jeffrey Stanfield of Advantage Video Systems showcased the CastNet case at CineGear expo with a portable streaming television video available for under $10,000. This system was based on the Mac book Pro and was designed around mostly Blackmagic hardware. It included the Blackmagic SmartView do well with two 7 inch displays one for program and one for preview. It also included the Blackmagic ATEM-4K switcher. And a channel audio mixer and a four channel wireless microphone system. It included the MacBook Pro connected to the program out of the patch panel on the back into a BlackMagic mini recorder and in with Thunderbolt into the computer as well as connect the USB from the back panel to enable the software to switch video signals. We are also using wire cast and another mother applications from Adobe like Photoshop to help round out the system. There is one plug to run the whole thing.
